Hi there! I’m Gabriela Vatu, and I’ll be your guide today. My journey as a journalist began nearly 20 years ago while I was still in university, studying Journalism. From the start, I was drawn to the world of tech, and in 2012, I finally got the chance to dive into this fascinating vertical—and I’ve been hooked ever since.

My career has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. Over the years, I’ve covered a wide range of topics, from consumer tech to cybersecurity and privacy. I’ve built evergreen guides on streaming and VPNs, reviewed countless software and hardware products, conducted interviews, and so much more. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of my favorite tech publications, including PCWorld, MacWorld, PCMag, IGN, MakeUseOf, Android Police, Pocket Lint, XDA, and many others.

In 2022, I found myself venturing into a new space—commerce tech. Writing deal posts might not sound like groundbreaking journalism, but it’s something I genuinely enjoy. It’s the perfect blend of my deep knowledge of products and features with my passion for saving money (because let’s be real, who likes paying full price?).
